weekend & public holiday bookings
To secure your weekend or public holiday appointment we will require a 50% booking fee at the time of booking or a gift voucher number. You may make changes to that booking without penalty up until 24 hours prior. After that our standard booking policy applies as noted below.

We ask that if you need to cancel your appointment that you please provide us with 24 hours notice. If you provide less than 24 hours notice, and we are unable to fill your appointment time or in the event of a no-show, you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee.

the quiet zone
We ask that all clients turn off their phones and keep noise to a minimum in the treatment zone. For safety and in consideration of other clients, children cannot be accommodated in the Sensora treatment rooms. If you have a pram, we can accommodate some ‘quick’ treatments in our microzone, please ask.
arrival
Please arrive early for your treatment. Appointments must finish at the allotted time. Please note if you are running late, as a courtesy to all our clients, all treatments will be completed as scheduled.
clean and fresh
At Sensora we choose to use single-use items wherever necessary and operate with best practice hygiene procedures for the safety and protection of our client’s and therapist’s health. You can be assured that you are entering a clean and hygienic environment. We ask that you also respect the safety of our therapists and fellow clients and please advise us of any possible contraindications to your treatment.
